On infrastructure packages, the plant is the programme. A contractor waiting on a rental excavator is a contractor slipping your dates. Khidmat Hijau works with a dedicated fleet of more than 50 machines held and maintained within our group, which means mobilisation is a scheduling decision, not a procurement gamble.
