CIDB Grade G7 contractor registration
Grade G7 is the highest contractor grade issued by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia. A G7 contractor may tender for projects of any value, with no upper ceiling. Khidmat Hijau carries nine specialisation codes across three categories, covering water supply, sewerage, general civil engineering and treatment plant installation.

SPAN permits for water supply and sewerage works
The National Water Services Commission, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara, licenses every contractor that builds, installs or modifies water supply and sewerage systems in Peninsular Malaysia under the Water Services Industry Act 2006. Permit classes are set by project value. Class C1 is the top class and carries no upper limit.
Khidmat Hijau holds the full ladder of permits in both disciplines, so a single contractor can be appointed for a package regardless of its value or whether it covers water, sewerage or both.

Registered with the national sewerage operator
Indah Water Konsortium is the national sewerage operator and the body that takes over public sewerage networks on completion. Only contractors on the IWK register may carry out works on IWK adopted systems and hand a network over for adoption. Khidmat Hijau is a registered IWK contractor, currently valid to 10 September 2030, which covers the full five year renewal cycle.
